Hello and welcome! I'm a UX designer specializing in complex, data-oriented software.
I round out my skillset with qualitative and quantitative research, visual design, service design, and facilitation. My process is rooted in lean research and strategic product thinking and informed by my work experience in financial services, government, and healthcare.
I'm passionate about topics on the bleeding edge of design and technology, such as human-AI collaboration, research ethics, and strategic foresight (aka futurism). I include some of my teaching, speaking, and writing on these topics in my portfolio.
